Christians from various groups and Churches come together to pray for peace in Gaza and Palestine. A large cross was held by Theresa Grady of Ithaca. Rev. Gary Doupe, United Methodist Pastor, spoke in “Prayer of Confession” on Christian Zionism. Fr. Tim Taugher, Pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Binghamton, led the “Prayer of Confession”. Two letters were delivered to each member of Congress, House Member Marc Molinaro and Senate Majority Leader, Charles Schumer. One letter was from our Christian Community and the other Letter contained the Six Broken Laws letter from Veterans for Peace, designed by Attorneys Terry Lodge of Ohio and International Law Scholar, Prof. Marjorie Cohn of California.
